Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Third Party / Contract Manufacturing orders and PCD Pharma Franchise product orders placed with Livantic Biotech.

1. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once a formal Purchase Order (PO) is raised by the client and the agreed advance payment is received by Livantic Biotech. Verbal or WhatsApp-based enquiries alone do not constitute a confirmed order.

2. No Cancellation Once Manufacturing Has Commenced

Once a Purchase Order has been processed and the advance payment has been cleared, the order cannot be cancelled after production/manufacturing of the goods has commenced. This applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation request, as raw materials are procured and production capacity is allocated specifically against the confirmed order.

3. Cancellation Before Manufacturing Begins

If a cancellation request is made after the Purchase Order and advance are received, but strictly before manufacturing has started, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any applicable costs already incurred (including raw material procurement, packaging material ordered specifically for the client, or administrative costs) may be deducted from any refund of the advance.

4. Advance Payments

Advance payments made against a Purchase Order are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced, as outlined above. Any balance payment due on completion of manufacturing must be cleared as per the agreed payment terms before dispatch.

5. Quality & Damage Claims

Claims relating to product quality defects or shipping damage must be reported in writing (email or WhatsApp) within the timeframe specified in your order confirmation, along with supporting evidence (photos/batch details). Verified quality or damage claims will be addressed through replacement, credit note, or partial refund at our discretion, assessed case by case.

6. PCD Franchise Product Orders

For standard PCD franchise product orders (not custom-manufactured), cancellation is only possible before the order has been dispatched from our facility. Once goods are dispatched, standard return/replacement terms apply only for verified transit damage or genuine quality issues, subject to review.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from an order, cancellation request, refund claim, or this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ambala, Haryana, regardless of the client's or distributor's location.
