These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your business dealings with Livantic Biotech in relation to our PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party (Contract) Manufacturing services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Our Business

Livantic Biotech provides PCD Pharma Franchise opportunities and Third Party / Contract Manufacturing services for pharmaceutical, herbal, and related healthcare products. Information on this website — including product listings, categories, and descriptions — is provided for general business and franchise purposes and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing (including via WhatsApp) and, where applicable, a formal purchase order.

2. Franchise & Distributor Enquiries

Any franchise, distributorship, or monopoly rights granted by Livantic Biotech are subject to a separate written agreement between the parties, including applicable terms on territory, minimum order quantities, and payment schedules. Nothing on this website alone constitutes a franchise agreement.

3. Third Party Manufacturing Orders

Manufacturing orders are accepted only after a formal purchase order is raised and the agreed advance payment is received. Product specifications, packaging, and formulation must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Please also see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for terms specific to order cancellation once manufacturing has commenced.

4. Product Information & Regulatory Compliance

All pharmaceutical products are manufactured in compliance with applicable Indian drug manufacturing regulations, and required licenses (including GMP/WHO-GMP certifications where applicable) are maintained for our manufacturing facility. Franchise partners and clients are responsible for ensuring their own use, sale, and distribution of products complies with applicable state and central drug laws in their operating region.

5. Intellectual Property

The Livantic Biotech name, logo, product brand names, and website content are the property of Livantic Biotech and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission, except as reasonably necessary for approved franchise or distribution activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to ensure product quality and accurate information, Livantic Biotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, except as required by applicable law.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, any purchase order, or any franchise/manufacturing arrangement with Livantic Biotech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ambala, Haryana.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
